Pony Baseball Rules
These are the basic rules and regulations for PONY Baseball. Local (published) rules take precedence over these if they are different (except in PONY Sanctioned tournaments). If neither addresses an issue, the official Major League Baseball Rules (above) shall govern.

COACHES CODE OF CONDUCT
The Board of Directors of French Valley Baseball and Softball Association (FVBSA) seeks to ensure that all FVBSA games and activities are fair, positive, and enjoyable experiences for all of the children and adults involved. Participation in FVBSA should be friendly and unifying – a spirited social and instructional athletic occasion for players, coaches, umpires, and spectators. As such, we jointly expect all league coaches to adhere to the FVBSA code of ethics and conform to the code of conduct. 

FVBSA Parent Contract
This Parent Contract is acknowledged and agreed to as a condition of registration.  Failure to abide by this Parent Contract will result in disciplinary action as defined in the FVBSA Disciplinary Policy, up to and including suspension from the league.  When an action occurs that is not explicitly defined in the Disciplinary Policy, the FVBSA Board will determine the appropriate disciplinary action.

Outlines the FVBSA policy for any disciplinary actions taken.  When an action occurs that is not explicitly defined in the Disciplinary Policy, the FVBSA Board will determine the appropriate disciplinary action.

Administrative Rules and League Bylaws
 
FVBSA League Bylaws (Last Posted: 2016)
These are the Bylaws of French Valley Pony Baseball.  Please note that French Valley Pony Baseball was formed under the French Valley Girls Softball Association Board of Directors and as such the FVGSA bylaws currently govern FVPB.  The league Bylaws have been revised to address both softball and baseball operations and, where practical, certain positions are being leveraged to support both leagues (e.g., Treasurer, Secretary, etc.).   French Valley Girls Softball is currently in the process of changing the official name of its 501c3 corporation to French Valley Baseball Association, which will govern both FVPB and FVGS.  Until that time all business associated with FVPB will be transacted under FVBSA (doing business as FVGSA).

FVBSA League Administrative Rules and Regulations
These are the local rules and regulations of the French Valley Baseball Softball Association that govern common and shared administrative rules and regulations such as the league refund policy, draft procedures and all star player selection to name a few.  The rules and regulations combined with the French Valley PONY Baseball Playing Rules and Regulations governed French Valley PONY Baseball. The FVBSA Board of Directors will have the final ruling when a situation is not specifically defined within the documented rules and regulations.
