MANAGERS/HEAD TEAM PARENT ONLY:
Please arrive and check in with the photography company 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to receive your team's QR CODES. Please make sure your entire team is together. Players should bring their bats, gloves, and be dressed in their full uniform.

Please read the information below regarding pictures:

- PARENTS: Please make sure your players bring their bat and/or glove.
- CATCHERS: If you would like your photo to be with your gear, please arrive dressed to the picture station.
- BUDDY PHOTOS: Please let your photographer know upon arrival to your station and have all participants with you at your time slot. Buddy Pictures are PREPAID ONLY at the time of sitting.
- PICTURE TIMES: Please verify your teams picture time on our website on Friday evening in case of any last minute changes, Live time updates will be available on the Website.

- Field of Dreams 8x10 Memory Mate (Includes team and individual photo) this is horizontal(landscape)
- 5x7 Individual Photo
- 4 wallets
- Photo Button
- ADDITIONAL PHOTOS: If you choose to order additional photos after picture day a link will be sent with the proof of your players' pictures. You may order additional photos. The league provided package will be shipped to FVBSA for distribution by our Head Team Parents.
Pictures are taken individually and Team Picture Composites are made via a Green Screen.
