Player Evaluations are 2 weeks away and our VOLUNTEERS are busy at work getting everything ready behind the scenes. SPRING 2026 PLAYER EVALUATIONS
|
IMPORTANT PLAYER INFO
• Parents must check in Players 30 MIN prior to their evaluation t time. Upon arrival please retrieve your child's assessment number.
• Players should wear baseball/softball attire and cleats.
• Players should bring their own gloves, and helmet/bat if possible.
• Assess up/Down Requests Please Note: Any player trying to assess into a division other than league age must fill out the Assess Up/Down Request form and attend evaluations for the division they wish to assess into as well as the division they are in based on league age.
• Players not attending evaluations will be drafted onto a team from a blind draw. (DOES NOT APPLY TO ASSESS UP, ASSESS UP must attend to be placed on a team above their division)
• Waitlisted Players DO NOT ATTEND evaluations. As space becomes available players will be added in order of registration, if your player is on the waitlist and no payment is made within 24 hours paid they will not be added.
UNIFORM FITTING
Players who do not assess are strongly encouraged to attend the Uniform Fitting portion of Evaluation day to verify their sizes. ALL UNIFORMS will be custom sized this season based on Registration, NO EXCHANGES or changes will be accepted after evaluation day. If you need to verify your players sizes be sure to stop by on evaluation day during your time listed.

Please see times posted for Uniform Fitting times. This will be your only opportunity to make changes to the uniform sizes you ordered.

Teams cannot be formed for your player’s division until we have a coach for each team in the division. Please keep in mind that the draft/practices will be delayed until we have managers for each team in the divisions. Players may be waitlisted due to lack of volunteer Managers. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO THE MANAGER VOLUNTEERS FIRST.
