GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 
  • Spring 2020 REGISTRATION IS OPEN ONLINE AND WILL CLOSE JANUARY 1, 2020. LATE REGISTRATION accepted on a limited basis until JAN 15, 2020.
  • Registration includes Uniform, Player Picture Package, Participation Medal, and a 10 week playing season (pending weather)
  • Mandatory League Fundraiser Fee ($25 per player) This money will go to fund such things as player equipment, paying for umpires, field improvements, our player scholarship program, etc. Each player will receive tickets to use or sell to our seasonal fundraiser event.
  • GENERAL WAITLIST INFO: Waitlists are formed for various reasons. Reasons could include; not enough managers, not enough players to form an additional team, or we have reached divisional capacity.
    If you are interested in playing Spring 2020, please register and if space becomes available due to; players dropping, space opening, or managers are acquired, players will then be placed onto teams in order of registration paid.
    If players remain on the waitlist after all teams are formed, full refunds will be issued.
  • Snack Bar Deposit Check ($100 per player) -The league snack bar is one of our primary sources of fundraising. As a condition of registration, each parent will be required to volunteer for a minimum of 2 hours in the snack bar (for each child registered) during the course of a season. Because of non-compliance in the past, parents who do not exercise the buyout option will now be required to supply a check for $100 to FVBSA at the beginning of the season. If the parent shows up to their assigned snack bar duty time, the check will be shredded and disposed of. If a parent does not show up to their assigned time, the check will be cashed. Checks will be required in order to receive uniforms each season. After registration you will receive a confirmation email with a BUYOUT link.
 
PRACTICES Due to work schedules, practice schedules are scheduled between the Volunteer Managers and our Field Coordinator. Team change request due to practice schedules will not be granted. Coaches will contact players in Late January and practice to begin the Last week of January.
 
SPONSORSHIP
**All teams are required to have a sponsor ($125.00).
**If team cannot find a sponsor, $125 fee will be split amongst the team.
**Team must have sponsor fee in order to receive their uniforms.
 
MEDALS
Participation Medals will be given for all division. Championship Medals will be awarded to the EOS Tournament Champions and runner up.
 
 
REFUND POLICY
 
ALL REFUND REQUESTS must be submitted online via the REFUND APPLICATION
 
How Our Refund Policy Works Our league operates on money received from registration and our expenses are budgeted accordingly. League purchases are made for the upcoming seasons after our posted cut off dates (see below). Because of this, the FVBSA refund policy is as follows:
  • 100% refund if requested within 30 days of registration date and is before the non-refundable cut-off date.
  • 100% refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee, if requested after 30 days of registration date but before our no refund cut-off date.
  • NO REFUNDS after Jan. 15th (Spring Season) or Aug. 15th (Fall Season)
  • No refunds will be available for the Advanced Programs.
