Mustang Coaches Needed!!
by posted 01/18/2020

MUSTANG COACHES NEEDED

Teams cannot be formed for your player’s division until we have a coach for each team in the division. Please keep in mind that the draft/practices will be delayed until we have managers for each team in your division.

Parents,
As you all know our league is 100% volunteer and it is the parents/volunteers that fuel the engine that is French Valley Pony Baseball.  If you would like to take on a team this season please respond to this email stating so or fill out our short Coaches Application. Every season it is necessary for us Parent Volunteers to take on the position of Manager and/or Assistant Coach.
At this level the team practices once a week and play 2 games per week. We understand that jobs and other responsibilities may cause apprehension about taking on a team, but we will do all that we can to work with you and your schedule to make it easier to volunteer. Plus, if you have any general baseball questions or require further guidance with coaching, one of our volunteer board members will do their best to make themselves available to you.
If you have additional questions regarding Coaching the division please feel free to email us and one of our former Mustang Managers and dedicated Volunteers will be happy to follow up.
Thank you for assisting our community and the great families that live here!

Shetland Jr. is an introductory level into Pony Baseball and a vast knowledge of baseball is not necessary. The qualifications needed are to be an effective communicator with a positive attitude.  The league will provide field availability and all essential equipment needed. At this level the team practices once a week and play one game per week.
